DIRECT BILLING STEPS

1. Book an appointment time that works for you.

2. An Intake form will be sent to you, please provide your legal name, gender, address, birthdate along with your Insurance Policy number and ID number associated with your Health Insurance Plan.

3. At the scheduled appointment, we will submit a claim to your Health Insurance Company. Depending on your health coverage, your insurance company will cover a percentage or all of your treatment.

Canada Life (Available direct billing from Monday-Saturdays before 7PM)

Manulife (Not Available for direct billing after 5PM on Saturdays)

Please be advised, in cases where system error or policy’s ineligibility. Be prepared to pay for your treatment and a receipt with the RMT approval will be provided to you. From there you can submit the receipt to your Health Care Provider for reimbursement benefits

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value everyone’s time and want to ensure that those in need of care can access our service with fair notice, please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $40.

ICBC CLAIMS

We currently are taking new ICBC clients for DIRECT BILLING

ICBC will cover:

RMT : $125.00 for the Initial treatment and $95.00 for the Subsequent treatments

R. Acupuncture : $118 Initial treatment and $100 Subsequent treatments.

Sorry at the moment we don’t do direct billing with Work Safe BC
